A few years back, users who are using Windows tablet may get a surprise when they try to install the latest version of Windows 10.  According to Microsoft, the devices that include certain-Intel Atom processors and the Clover Trail series of Chips, will not support the installation of Windows 10 Creators update.

The devices typically were released around three to four years ago and actually ran by Windows 8.
the affected tablets have been identified and 2-in-1s from a number of leading PC vendors, that includes – Lenovo, Dell, HP, Samsung, Acer, and Asus. These devices run Atom Z2760 processor.

  1. Acer Iconia W3
    Acer Iconia W3 which launched in 2013. it has an 8.1-inch tablet it was one of the first Windows tablets of that size and is usable with an optional laptop sized keyboard.
  2. Acer Iconia W510
    Acer launched the Iconia W510 in 2013. The 10.1- inch tablet stood out by attaching to a keyboard dock and promising up to 18 hours of battery life on a charge.
  3. Asus Vivo tab
    This tablet launched in 2013, ranked among the largest Asus tablets. It has a display of 12 inches. The Vivo tab has come with a Wacom Digitizer stylus and an optionally detachable keyboard station.
  4. Dell Latitude 10
    The most important feature of the Dell Latitude 10 tablet can be used with a keyboard and has come with the Wacom Digitizer Stylus.
  5. HP ElitePad 900
    Targeted at business users and announced at CES 2013, the HP ElitePad is a 10.1-inch tablet with an optional keyboard dock.The tablet is also paired with an optional ElitePad Expansion Jacket to extend the battery life to as much as 20 hours.
  6. HP Envy x2
    HP x2 was introduced in 2012. It was an early entrant to the 2-in-1 category for HP. It has a touchscreen display and detachable keyboard. HP Envy x2 features an 11.6-inch display, Beats-branded speakers, and an HD webcam.
  7. Lenovo IdeaPad Miix10
    Lenovo IdeaPad Miix10 was introduced by Lenovo in 2013, the IdeaPad Miix 10. It Included a 10.1-inch display and has an optional keyboard that doubles as a case for the tablet.
  8. Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2
    With the launch of Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2, Lenovo has reached to an Android operating system of the first-generation ThinkPad Tablet for windows 8. In 2013, the 10 inch-tablet was introduced in 2013 with an optional keyboard.
  9. Samsung ATIV Smart PC
    Samsung ATIV Smart PC released in 2012. it is 11.6 inches matched with a full sized keyboard. It had promised battery life up to 13 hours of battery life.
  10. Samsung ATIV Tab 5
    Samsung ATIV Tab 5 was launched in 2013. The tablet represented an early expansion by Samsung from the Android focus of its Galaxy Tab series and into Windows. The ATIV Tab 5 features an 11.6-inch display and an optional magnetic base keyboard.
