Airtel has now extended its *121# Digital Care Service in Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Oriya and Assamese for its prepaid customers. Previously this self-care service was available only in English and Hindi.

He said that will add to the overall service delivery experience. Airtel prepaid users can now get any account related information like balance enquiry, validity in any of these languages. Information about ongoing offers, activation and deactivation of value added services can also be accessed via this self-service platform.
Airtel in a statement said that this service is absolutely free and doesn’t require any internet connection. The platform can be accessed from any smartphone or feature-phone by simply dialling *121# and following the navigate menu. Users would only have to follow the following steps:
- Dial *121# on the phone via the Airtel number
- Access an easy to navigate the menu on the phone screen to get all the information relevant to the account.
By resorting to this, the user can quickly tighten their grip over related information in relation to their account without paying any visit to an Airtel Store or giving a call to customer care executive.
Airtel has claimed this to be country’s first ever self-service support in regional language.
