The country’s largest telecom service provider Bharti Airtel has announced new offers for both postpaid and prepaid customers. Airtel postpaid and prepaid customers can utilize 20 GB of mobile data at ₹499, with carrying over the facility, under the new infinity Plan. Airtel prepaid customers can get 70 GB data at ₹448, the company said.
Airtel prepaid plan at ₹448
For prepaid customers, Airtel has launched a fresh bundled pack with voice and data benefits, inclusive of free roaming. Priced at ₹448, this Airtel prepaid pack offers 70GB data for 70 days. The pack is accessible to all customers across India on any 4G/3G/2G devices. This prepaid plan of Airtel also provides unlimited local and STD calls. Customers can activate the pack by visiting any Airtel retail outlet or through MyAirtel App.
Airtel infinity postpaid plan at ₹499
Airtel mentioned that the customer who subscribed to Airtel Infinity postpaid plan get 20 GB 4G/3G data ₹499 per month. This plan also comes enabled with a data rollover feature, which allows customers to carry forward their unused data subject to a maximum limit of 200 GB to the next billing cycle. They can check their data usage and balance through MyAirtel app.
Advantages of Airtel Infinity Plan
This plan also offers unlimited local and STD calls to customers. The refreshed ₹499 Infinity postpaid plan comes with free Airtel secure device protection plan for smartphones against physical damage and malware. Customers also get a free subscription to Wynk Music that offers close to 3 million songs and Airtel TV that offers LIVE TV and thousands of popular shows and movies, according to an Airtel statement.

Airtel’s new offers come after Vodafone announced its national and international plans. The offers from both Airtel and Vodafone come as the mobile operators’ battle an intense competition in the telecom sector in the wake of Reliance Jio’s aggressive offering.
