Bharti Airtel has recently revealed its new prepaid plan of ₹398 which would be now available for a validity of 70 days. Also this latest plan by Airtel has been introduced to compete with Reliance Jio ₹398 plan. It is also to be noted that the ₹398 plan differs from the company’s already existing ₹399 prepaid plan.

Airtel has introduced the ₹398 recharge across all the 22 telecom circles in the country. Also, under this new plan, Airtel is offering its prepaid customers unlimited local, STD and national roaming voice calling to any network across the country, 1.5GB data per day and 90 SMS per day for a period of 70 days.

Coming back to comparison, the Airtel ₹399 prepaid plan, comes with a validity of 70 days and 84 days. However, for some users, ₹399 plan comes with 84 days validity while for some users, it’s just for 70 days. To know more, the Airtel ₹399 offers unlimited voice calls, 1.4GB of daily data and 100 SMS per day. The ₹398 plan, on the other hand, is offering 1.5GB data per days.

Again, Reliance Jio ₹398 plan offers 2GB data per day, unlimited voice calls without any capping and 100 SMS per day for 70 days. In addition, there is a ₹349 prepaid plan also which offers 1.5GB data per day along with unlimited voice and text messages that again comes with a validity of 70 days. So, here since Reliance Jio is offering more data benefit, it obviously has an upper hand than Airtel.
