For this, if the customers exceed the limit of 1.5 GB the speed would be deducted from 8 Mbps to 1 Mbps. In fact, the customers planning to switch to this plan by BSNL, are entitled to receive a cashback worth ₹50 per month for 6 months from activation of the pack.

This plan also offers unlimited local and STD voice calls in the country to BSNL network. Customers availing this latest broadband plan also receive unlimited voice calls quota between 10:30 pm to 6 am on Sundays to any network within the country.


But this pack is not available for all the BSNL customers as BSNL’s official website highlights that the new plan is not available for BSNL customers in Jammu and Kashmir, Andaman and Nicobar, and Vadodara.

Reportedly, BSNL India announced in its Twitter handle that ₹299 landline plan is the one offering unlimited local and STD voice calls to any network within India and also claimed that no installation charges would be charged additionally. For this users just need to submit a security deposit of ₹500, i.e. the minimum hire period is for one month.

BSNL also offers long-term plans. Here, apart from a monthly charge of ₹299 customers can also plan for an annual plan payment option of ₹3,289 and for two years the plan would amount is ₹6,279, and in three years the payment option would amount to ₹8,970 respectively.
