India to witness a host of latest fitness-related accessories this season. Fitbit has recently launched its Fitbit Flyer and the Fitbit Aria 2 in addition to the Fitbit Iconic smartwatch. The company has priced the Iconic smartwatch at ₹22,990 while both the fitness bands have been priced at ₹9,990.
Also, all these three products would be available from February 2018 at Croma, Helios and Reliance Digital stores. The devices will also be sold through Fitbit’s online partners in India. Further, it is known that the company would be offering these wearables in three color combinations, namely, the silver-gray with blue-gray clasp, the smoke gray with charcoal clasp and a burnt orange with blue band. Fitbit Ionic smartwatch:
Talking of other specifications of the Fitbit Ionic, the Smartwatch is the first one to be powered by Fitbit OS. With this, the smartwatch also has a new SpO2 sensor which permits ‘to track deeper health insights’. These insights include detecting sleep apnea in the future, GPS tracking, tracking dynamic workouts, and heart rate tracking. Other new features such as contactless payments with Fitbit Pay, onboard music, and smart notifications have also made their way to the Ionic. With this, the OS packs Fitbit App Gallery allows users to select the apps and clock faces that they are interested in installing on their smartwatch. The smartwatch also claims a battery life of up to 5 days, with automatic activity and sleep tracking features.
Fitbit’s first pair of wireless headphones, the Fitbit Flyer, has arrived with a sweatproof design, music & call controls. The headphones also have a claimed battery life of 6 hours on a single full charge. Other features of this Fitbit Flyer includes passive noise isolation for an immersive audio experience. Apart from that, it has a quick charge support, multi-device connectivity, and is compatible with the Fitbit Ionic smartwatch.
Fitbit Aria 2:
This new Wi-Fi smart scale from Fitbit is made available in Black and White color variants. The Fitbit Aria 2 has been specially designed to measure body composition indicators like lean mass, BMI, body fat percentage, and weight. With this, the smart scale offers Bluetooth connectivity and stats sync automatically to the Fitbit dashboard. It also provides support for eight different users.
