Right now, everyone is definitely aware of the current face-off between Flipkart and Amazon. Both the big shots of the e-commerce world have announced their massive sale bonanza within the same period i.e. between 20th and 21st September. So, this is definitely the most trending news this festive season.

Both the sales are equally tempting and hard to resist. But even then, primarily Amazon scores a point more because of the inception of its sale for the Amazon Prime members, just a day before the actual online sale starts.

Apart from this, both the phenomenon quite differs from each other in terms of the components and contents of the sale. For instance, talking of mobile phone brands, Amazon deals in only certain brands like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Lenovo, LG, to name a few. While Flipkart offers a wide variety of choice from a list enlisting big budget smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S7 and Redmi 4A, as well as names like Asus, Motorola, and HTC budget smartphones. Moreover, quite a number of phones of the previously mentioned brands will be available at less than Rs.7000 during this Big Billion Sale.

Talking of TVs and laptops, Laptops will carry discounts up to 20 percent in this Amazon sale, while TVs be up to 40 percent cheaper. To this, Flipkart has declared about a sale in the laptops, especially the gaming laptops. There will be also a Rs.15,000 on exchange offer.

Amazon has also declared its TVs to be available at more 40% cheaper rate, while Flipkart has placed the televisions on a grand sale, raising almost up to 70% off.

Lastly, talking about the payment structure, Amazon has enabled the availability of 10 percent cash back on HDFC debit and credit cards, during this period of sale. Further, they would be also able to avail 10 percent cashback i.e. up to Rs.500 with the help of Amazon pay. There would be also a no-cost EMI and exchange offers available as a part of the sale. The cherry on the cake remains the Amazon App Jackpot contest with prizes over Rs.2 lakh to be won. While in comparison, Flipkart boasts of a host of consumer financing programs such as No Cost EMI, Product Exchange, Buy Back Guarantee and Buy Now Pay Later along with special offers for SBI Debit & Credit card holders.

So, now it is solely for the consumers to decide. Till then, let the clash continue.
