The exact timings for the starting of the event:

The event is scheduled to begin at 10 am PDT i.e. translating into 6 pm as per UK time, on the 12th September, and is expected to last for two hours. The venue is fixed at the Steve Jobs Theater in the new Apple Park campus.


List of devices enabling the streaming of the event:

A list of certain hardware and software are required in order to stream the announcements live. So, the events can be watched on:

  • iPhone, iPad or iPod touch: An iOS 7.0 or a Safari Web Browser is needed.
  • Mac: A Safari 6.0.5 or later and Mac OS X 10.8.5 or later
  • Apple TV: Second generation (2010 model) or later. If it’s 2nd or 3rd generation software 6.2 is needed or later. All 4th generation models will be able to view the event.
  • PC: Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 is needed.
