Taiwanese gadget honcho HTC recently announced the launch of its latest Viva Business Edition (BE) virtual reality headset in India. This launch is in lieu of catering to the enterprise audience that has virtual reality applications in the commercial market. Users should as well note that this pair of VR headset would be sold with commercial licensing and a bulk purchasing option in India. Further, it has a Deluxe Audio Strap which makes it easier to switch to the headset between users. Priced at 1,26,990, it would be available for purchase on Amazon.in.

Specs and features:

The HTC Vive Business Edition boasts of a 3.6-inch dual-AMOLED display setup with a combined resolution of 2160×1200 pixels. It has also refreshed a rate of up 90Hz, 110-degree Field of View (FoV), and lens distance adjustment features.

Sensors on the headset include G-sensor, SteamVR tracking, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. Connectivity options include HDMI, USB 2.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB (Vive controller).

The entire package of the HTC Vive Business Edition system enlists the Vive BE headset, two Vive BE controllers, two Vive BE base stations, 4 Vive BE face cushions, and a Vive BE 3-in-1 cable. Also, a 12-month limited warranty on purchase of the HTC Vive Business Edition is provided in India.
