Finally, India would get the glimpse of iMac Pro. To delve deep, iMac Pro which is supposedly the most powerful Mac till date, and which unveiled itself at the WWDC last year, has made itself available in India. Apple authorized dealers in India have started receiving the iMac Pro units and thus for all the gadget freaks out there grabbing it is just a wait of few days.

As known before, this iMac Pro would be available in India for ₹4,15,000 for the exclusive model, only to be launched in India. This boasts of an all-in-one 27-inch 5K (5120×2880 pixels) display with support for wide color (P3) gamut, powered by an 8-core 3.2GHz Intel Xeon W workstation-class chip with 19MB cache and Turbo Boost up to 4.2GHz. The iMac Pro also lists 32GB of 2666MHz DDR4 ECC memory along with 1TB of SSD storage.

Further, the Graphics are powered by an AMD Radeon Pro Vega 56 graphics processor with 8GB of HBM2 memory. In addition to the built-in display, the iMac Pro can also extend up to two 5120×2880 pixel (5K) external displays at 60Hz with support for 1 billion colors, or four 3840×2160 pixels (4K/ 4K UHD) external displays at 60Hz with support for 1 billion colors.

Coming back to connectivity, users are entitled to 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm headphone jack, SDXC card slot, 10Gb Ethernet port, four USB 3 (Type-A) ports, and four Thunderbolt 3 (USB Type-C) ports with support for DisplayPort 1.2, Thunderbolt (up to 40 Gbps), and USB 3.1 Gen. 2 (up to 10 Gbps).

Lastly, this latest iMac Pro would be perceived in a new Space Grey finish with bundled Magic Keyboard, Numeric Keypad and Magic Mouse 2, also in Space Grey. The optional Space Grey Magic Trackpad 2 that can be ordered while purchasing an iMac Pro in other regions are also listed on Apple’s India website right now.
