Lenovo Z5 is the latest flagship smartphone to be launched by the smartphone company. With the buzz that has already been created regarding the phone, it might be expected that it has all the features which are generally not found on any Lenovo phone, and in a much-refreshed way.

Company’s VP Chang Cheng has revealed that Lenovo Z5 would come with the highest-ever screen-to-body ratio. Further, the phone would have a 95 percent screen-to-body ratio making it an “all-screen and no-bezels affair”. Here, it needs to be noted that If the actual phone indeed turns out to be what Lenovo is actually promising, the Z5 would undoubtedly be the next trendsetter in the world of smartphones.

In addition, there are several firsts for Lenovo Z5. The phone is said to come with storage of 4TB, which would be maximum is a phone. Cheng, in his another Weibo post, claimed that Z5 would come with a whopping 4TB internal storage. He has, in fact, thanked a particular technology for this achievement. He claimed that Lenovo Z5 with mammoth-sized internal storage would be able to hold up to 1 million photos, 2000 HD movies, and 150,000 lossless music files.

Then, there are a few more technologies that are expected to give the Z5 “cutting-edge” tag. Apart from the highest-ever screen-to-body ratio, there are speculations that Z5 could come with an in-display fingerprint scanner replacing the traditional front fingerprint scanner, thus contributing the expansiveness of the display.

Then comes the camera department. Since the Z5 is all about display, it might be expected that it would come with a flip-up selfie camera at the top of the phone, similar to Vivo’s Apex smartphone.

Battery life too could be the next big game for Lenovo. In the latest post shared by Cheng, he claimed that Z5 would offer a battery standby time of 45 days.

Surely, for now, these are leaks and claims by Lenovo. On a serious note, if the Lenovo Z5 smartphone matches all the above specs, it would not only be a competitor to the likes of the OnePlus 6 and the Galaxy S9, but also the upcoming phones like the iPhone 9 and the Pixel 3.
