As per reports, Microsoft has apparently agreed to assent the U.S.-Israeli cyber firm Hexadite to automate responses to cyber attacks. Hexadite, which is centred around Boston, with its research and development wing in Israel is being priced $100 million by Microsoft.
Hexadite, whose investors enlists famous names like Hewlett Packard Ventures and Venture capital firms TenEleven and YL Ventures, proudly boasts of its technology which increases productivity and reduces the cost for businesses.

With this merger of the two groups, Hexadite will enable the company to add new tools and services to Microsoft’s enterprise security contributions, as being regarded by Terry Myerson, executive vice president of Windows and Devices Group at Microsoft.
Microsoft also plans to continue investing more than $1 billion annually on cyber security research and development, are already on the cards. Israel is the latest country to benefit from this investment plan.
