Motorola has a new gift to offer this festive season. It has recently launched a new variant of the recently launched G5S in India. Termed as simply Blue, this new variant is being featured in a shade of deep classic blue color for the anodized aluminum back. Actually priced at ₹14,999, this latest variant is being made available at ₹12,000 only for the Diwali season.

The Moto G5S Midnight Blue variant will be enabled for purchase from retail stores and the Moto Hubs. The payment of even the introductory price of ₹12,999 will be ensured through several EMI schemes, which will be ending on October 21, after which the company will be charging ₹14,999. The Moto G5S which was launched in India in August at a price point of Rs.13,999 was till now available only in Lunar Grey and Fine Gold color ranges.

A quick recap here features Moto G5S with a 5.2-inch full-HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection in an all-metal body form factor. It is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 430 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz, and 4GB of RAM. Also, there is 32GB of inbuilt storage, and the handset supports memory cards (up to 128GB) to increase the storage.

Also, this dual-SIM capable phone supports 4G VoLTE has a fingerprint scanner on the front side. Talking to camera, it boasts of a 16-megapixel camera with dual-tone LED flash, and f/2.0 aperture. In addition, it also supports video recording in full-HD. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies.
