Samsung has launched its latest Notebook 5 and Notebook 3 series in Korea. To be specific, these laptops are actually meant for users who need them on a daily basis. Also, these would be available in Korea from the latter part of this month, later followed by a global shipping of Q2 this year itself.

To know more, the Samsung Notebook 3 would be made available in 15.6-inch and 14-inch display models and in Misty Gray, Night Charcoal, Deep Peach, and Pure White colors, whereas the Samsung Notebook 5 comes only in a 15.6-inches display with only a single color variant of Light Titan.

Coming to the hardware, all the three laptops would be backed by two processor options, one with an 8th Generation Intel quad-core processor and another with a 7th Gen Intel dual-core CPU. Again, they would be all supporting DDR4 type memory, an SSD + HDD configuration, powered by a 43Wh battery.

The 14-inch Samsung Notebook 3 further boasts of a  720p display and integrated graphics, whereas its 15.6-inch variant would be available in a full HD and a 720p display, depending upon what processor one chooses, but both options would be supplemented with a 2GB Nvidia MX110 GPU. On the other hand, the Samsung Notebook 5 features a 15.6-inch full HD display and is equipped with a 2GB Nvidia MX150 GPU. All the laptops sport a VGA camera as well.

Again, both the Notebook 5 and Notebook 3 in 15-inch trim weigh 1.97 kg. They measure 377.4 x 248.6 x 19.9 mm and 377.4 x 248.6 x 19.6 mm, respectively. The 14-inch Notebook 3 is the smallest and lightest of the bunch, coming in at 1.66 kg and 336 x 232.9 x 19.8mm.
