Live two images of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 have appeared online on Chinese microblogging website. The photos showcased the front and rear of the device.
According to the report, the phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will be powered by MediaTek Helio P25 or P30 chipset rather than a Snapdragon SoC The Smartphone will run Android Nougat based MIUI 9 and it will be backed up by 4000 mAh battery.
The images disclosed that the Redmi Note 5 will be featuring 18:9 displays with a metal unibody design and a dual camera setup on the back.
Camera and fingerprint sensor
The leaked image shows the dual rear camera setup at the back of the device which is vertically aligned with the LED flash located at the side of the camera. There is also the fingerprint sensor below the dual cameras and the Mi logo at the back. There are minimum bezels at the top and bottom of the phone.
The Smartphone will boast dual rear camera setup of 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors and a front-facing camera of unknown resolution.
Storage and Price
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will come in three variants – 3GB RAM with 16GB internal storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage priced at Rs 9849, Rs 12,807 and Rs 16,751.
