With the next Truecaller app update, users would have to setup the backup. Along with this, users would be able to select how often the app would backup data, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or never.

Talking of restoration of data, users first would have to give access to the Google Drive account to Truecaller and the data which is last saved gets restored again. Another feature of the latest update states of the Truecaller Contacts. This update saves every number a user calls on, sends SMS to, or make transactions with. Also, with this update, users would be able to pull back the numbers from months back, even if they were not saved.
