Xiaomi’s is going to launch its next smartphone in India. Newly, Manu Kumar Jain head of Xiaomi India teased a release of their upcoming smartphone on Twitter with the image on Indian tricolors.
At present, the company its self-has posted an image on Twitter revealing the launch on November 30. The company tweeted “A new Redmi smartphone is coming your way on Nov 30! Aa Raha hai #DeshKaSmartphone.”
As per the rumor mill, it is expected that the company might launch the Redmi 5A smartphone on November 30 in India. The image in the also hints that it could be the Xiaomi Redmi 5A.

The Xiaomi Redmi 5A comes with a 5.99-inch HD display with a very 2017-like 18:9 ratio and a screen resolution of 720×1280 pixels. It’s display type- IPS LCD. The device features a metal body.

The smartphone makes use of an Octa Core, 1.4 GHz, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 425. The device offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB by adding a microSD card The device is likely to pack in a Dual-SIM hybrid slot.
The Xiaomi Redmi 5A comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, burst mode, panorama mode, HDR mode, and more. It comes with a 5-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture lens. It supports 1080p and 720p video recording.
The smartphone offers 4G, VoLTE, 3Gm Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Global Positioning System as connectivity options.
The Xiaomi Redmi 5A comes equipped with an infrared sensor and is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
Price and availability
Xiaomi Redmi 5A has been priced at CNY 599 (Roughly ₹6,000) and the handset will be available for pre-orders starting from November 30. It will be available via the company’s official site as well as other popular e-commerce sites.
